Nashville Scene- Boner Awards

Yep, Boner, I had to write it out, fun job. For Nashville Scene's yearly roundup of the biggest blunders, boondoggles and oddities. The guy on the cover with Taylor Swift and Kanye West is Sen. Paul Stanley.
funny things you learn illustrating. This guy Bud Adams owns the Tennessee Titans and after a win he gave this salute to the losing team, again and again :) don't know much else but it's kind of funny watching a happy grandpa excitedly giving the finger
This one is about guns being allowed in Tennessee bars

Fort Worth Weekly

Cover for Fort Worth Weekly article by Peter Gorman. This is a crazy story about this small town called DISH, (all caps because they made this deal with DISH TV) that is being overrun with natural gas companies and their polluting compressor stations and pipelines. It's pretty damn terrible. In doing the research I found out that in NY they are trying to do the same thing... hmmm.

Poder cover October
I am on the cover of PODER again for an article by Arian Campo-Flores. In Florida young republican Marco Rubio is trying to win the US Senate seat by reinventing the party with his fresh face and... old rhetoric?
and for the Green Column this month David Yarnold has written an article about how "Business school students teach companies how to save energy, money, and the planet"
